1)What were your thoughts prior to eating?
When I first tried the first dish (Vegetarian dish) it was just like normal food same taste same thing and stuff. Also, my other thoughts on it are that I thought
2)Did those thoughts change once you had sampled it?
Yes and no, because one it tasted the same as any other food but with no meat, two it was ok but needs more favour, three the looks just made it look more bulk.
3)Why is it good to have one vegetarian dish per week in your diet?
We are getting the nutrients we acquire. It helps animals.
4)Meat supply us with Protein and Iron give an example of a vegetable that offers this as well?
Spinach, silverbeet and broccoli those are the vegetables with iron and protein same as Meat.
