10Sp:Gymnastics Routine


What I did well? 
Forward rolls being able to be in control of my body while rolling.

What I need to work on?
Being able to build up the momentum to stand up straight. 

How can I improve?
By practising more flexibility around the body so it doesn't hurt as much when doing most of the techniques.

    First off I like how you have A video on how to Do a front roll I like how you have questions on what you have done and need to work on next time add more details but keep up the good work
