What have I done today: I have done the Retest fitness meaning doing everything I've learnt about the move to improve for the last time and do it again for today. What I learnt from today: I learnt that I didn't training a lot with the exercises that I learnt from move to improve.
Goals I want to achieve: To do more exercises and to improve with my speed.
